2 weeks agoDisgraceful Customer Service at Zen Leaf Aurora.I am beyond disappointed with my experience today. After receiving a confirmed order at 11:00 AM for $285.20, I arrived at the store only to be told that Zen Leaf would not honor the price due to a "marketing glitch." The lack of accountability here is staggering. Not only was the order confirmed for over an hour without any cancellation or phone call, but the store confirmed they had honored the exact same price for another customer just an hour prior. To let a customer drive 45 minutes only to be turned away because of your own internal technical errors is the height of incompetence. A "confirmation" apparently means nothing to this management team. Here’s the kicker: a friend of mine bought the exact same items an hour earlier at the same price with no issues paid cash on pick up. Even after showing my confirmation email and pointing out the inconsistency, management refused to help. If your system is broken, you call the customer or cancel the order *before* they waste 1.5 hours on the road. Extremely unprofessional. They don't value your time or their own word.

a month agoThis is a terrible company with ZERO integrity. Can NOT be trusted. Is this where you want to purchase something that you smoke??? Sold me a different product than my invoice and what I paid for. From the moment I got the item in my hands to current (4 weeks) still arguing with me about making it right. They DONT want to be accountable for THEIR mistake. I just want to exchange what they gave me for what I actually paid for. Is that so hard??? Shame on me for wanting what I paid for…. DO NOT TRUST ZEN LEAF. Try sunnyside you wont regret it.

3 weeks agoAs a long time customer I listen for new strains & the opinions of those at the dispensary. I just bought the Yuzu Sour 3.5g Verano & its dry as a bone. I mean no moisture just flakes coming off. Not sure what happened here but very disappointed especially when it says harvested in November, packaged in December. That flower should have been nowhere near that dry since the harvest date says 11/25. UGH

2 months agoDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Pure scammers. No email or number to get ahold of them direct. Gave me a different product than I purchased and no way to get ahold of them!!!! I spent 2 weeks going back and forth their only number/email which is corporate and getting no where. Don’t give me some excuse, call me and make it up to me! Order number 42466 Response to your response… like stated in my review I’ve gotten no where emailing that email so giving it back to me does what?
