  This line is so slow. Store is run horribly. Always 30 min to an hour line. Employees are slow, manager should be replaced by someone that knows how to run an efficient business. 2nd review. This place is run horribly. Fire the manager immediately please! Every time I come here it's a 45 minute wait. 1 register open multiple employees standing around. People have lives to live to spend an hour at the dispensary. Outrageous. I should be compensated for my time. Ridiculous. 3rd review in 2 months. Reached out to customer support and nothing. I've had time to post a 3rd review on here and another on yelp while waiting in line. Please fire the manager this place is run terrible multiple employees standing doing nothing while one employee on the register and 5 people in line!!! I have a job and kids I can't wait 45 minutes in here twice a week. I'll go somewhere else from now on, I recommend everyone else does as well.

  They have wonderful people working there.But every time I see zen, I think of how either lazy people are or how well off, they must be. For the price of a one gram vape at zen, 40-60$ each, i could buy 12gms same products and quality just an 1.5hrs away. The stark difference in price is ungodly truly is.

  Very friendly and informative staff, great selection, but seriously you guys need some more register people. There was one guy tonight on the register for both the express online orders, and the walk-ins even though they are two separate lines. The line was jumbled toward the back because of how many people were in line. Everyone was accounted for and checked in on the kiosk but you have an employee just standing by the kiosk doing nothing. Tell the dude to jump on a register to burn through the line then he can go back to standing doing nothing. I felt bad for the one employee doing his hardest to keep things moving.

  You want to wait In line for 30min to an hour go to Zen leaf. You want the same deals, quality, and good customer service go to Rise or Sunnyside both in the area. Product is fine but Zen Leaf runs this location horribly. Spend your money elsewhere where they care about their employees and customers.
