3 weeks agoThis is a terrible company with ZERO integrity. Can NOT be trusted. Is this where you want to purchase something that you smoke??? Sold me a different product than my invoice and what I paid for. From the moment I got the item in my hands to current (4 weeks) still arguing with me about making it right. They DONT want to be accountable for THEIR mistake. I just want to exchange what they gave me for what I actually paid for. Is that so hard??? Shame on me for wanting what I paid for…. DO NOT TRUST ZEN LEAF. Try sunnyside you wont regret it.

a month agoDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Pure scammers. No email or number to get ahold of them direct. Gave me a different product than I purchased and no way to get ahold of them!!!! I spent 2 weeks going back and forth their only number/email which is corporate and getting no where. Don’t give me some excuse, call me and make it up to me! Order number 42466 Response to your response… like stated in my review I’ve gotten no where emailing that email so giving it back to me does what?

2 months agoThis line is so slow. Store is run horribly. Always 30 min to an hour line. Employees are slow, manager should be replaced by someone that knows how to run an efficient business. 2nd review. This place is run horribly. Fire the manager immediately please! Every time I come here it's a 45 minute wait. 1 register open multiple employees standing around. People have lives to live to spend an hour at the dispensary. Outrageous. I should be compensated for my time. Ridiculous. 3rd review in 2 months. Reached out to customer support and nothing. I've had time to post a 3rd review on here and another on yelp while waiting in line. Please fire the manager this place is run terrible multiple employees standing doing nothing while one employee on the register and 5 people in line!!! I have a job and kids I can't wait 45 minutes in here twice a week. I'll go somewhere else from now on, I recommend everyone else does as well.
