    Received a tainted cresco cart that had someone’s nasty hair some how attached to the seal sticking out! And the top portion has darkened. This is disgusting! Are your employees ok? Not only that I’ve also received multiple times a pack of joint with the matches stolen and the seal clearly broken. These are tainted products. I’m a medical patient who spends a good amount of money at this location. I’m extremely disappointed at the quality controls, it’s as if this location allows their employees to open products and take a little for themselves, then sell them to a medical patient. Not only that these employees seem to have attitudes when they don’t receive a tip. A tip for what? Walking product out to my car? I’ve been in the hairstylist industry cutting hair well over 15 years and not once have I been rude to a client due to them not tipping. Not sure why these employees think they’re entitled to other people’s money, but this whole attitude needs to go. I’ve also reached out to their support team who doesn’t seem to even care about the quality of products they’re selling. I’m honestly baffled at the horrible customer service at this location and as to why these people even work here if they can’t handle working in customer service. Go find a new job!

    Candices was amazing would like to start with that. There seems to be an issue at Naperville or St.Charles location most of the time I go. Weather it’s not being a priority as a med patient at Naperville, my order not being correct, and the lack of communication at St. Charles. I will be back, it’s hard to find good help.

    Cashier charged me $79 dollars, made a mistake, told me the money would be put back into my bank account….its been 2 weeks and I have been fighting with customer service/GM over getting my money back (even with a recipe saying $79 goes back to me). I feel robbed by this company and ended up paying $124 for a $45 purchase. Terrible business operations
