I sat in the parking lot while my friend went inside, and it was excellent. The view was immaculate. The only problem was there wasn't a lot of shade. Maybe plant some trees or something? I'll come back in 20 to 30 years to double-check.

Zen Leaf Sellersville is probably my favorite dispensary in the area. The staff and environment somehow manage to maintain the clinical professionalism associated with modern MM while being, well, Zen about it. So many dispensaries in the area are not intentional about cultivating good vibes. When a dispensary experience looks and feels like a midtown pharmacy at lunch hour, it just reminds me that I am sick- totally bumming me out. That never happens at Zen Leaf Sellersville. I don't know what kind of strain they are using to train these people(jk), but every single employee at this Zen Leaf is the most delightful person you will interact with all day. I love the spa-like atmosphere at Sellersville, and would like to note that their lobby offers a variety of seating dimensions- a thoughtful nod to patients with mobility issues. The only area that Zen Leaf Sellersville falls short in is Sales/Deals. I find myself only visiting Sellersville 1-3x during the winter months because of this. (When the deals are good though, they are very good and the product quality/condition is higher than the competition) During the warmer months, enjoy a nice walk in the park before popping across the street to Zen Leaf Sellersville. It is the PERFECT errand.

Cait was super friendly and compassionate today when I went to zen leaf for the 3rdX, & she was very knowledgeable, really kind & understanding - she knew how to calm me down after an issue with the system for a minute & she is tenacious & refuses to give up until things are perfect, plus awesome hair!!!!☺️ – her MANAGER was also very awesome & helped me with a discount when I had an issue with a cart but didn't pay attention to the info on the receipt about defects/returns, so I didn't have the packaging & technically they didn't have to do anything but instead he showed deep compassion & understating that is truly rare nowadays - I wish I had the gentleman's name so I could give him a shout out too! Really awesome deals these past 3X with the newbie discounts + amazing sales already going on = happiness. The front desk CSR was also super friendly. My only complaint I guess is the process of checking in is a lil' more... Convoluted?... the process of checking in seems for some reason a little "more" (? I can't think of an appropriate word as it's not a major issue, just something my anxiety notices) than the other clinic I go to - the people are always super friendly, I just don't get the extra rooms/locked doors as it seems more work for the employees, though everything looks SUPER nice, like a more laid-back, chill, ACTUALLY awesome smelling Abercrombie or something🙃💕✌🏻 I recommend overall! Large selection all the time which is awesome! I haven't tried it yet, but it's also VERY COOL that they have curb-side checkout - I have to try it next time for sure! Very nifty!!!!!! It's an awesomely needed place that brings relief and joy to the community!!

Great first time patient discount, very friendly staff, ample parking. first dispensary I’ve been to that asked for my preferred name and pronouns which I really appreciate. Would recommend to anyone in the area

I've been shopping here since they've opened. Friendly people, good service. I recommend them.
