Matthew should be asking the right questions to better understand/ educate a person who might not be knowing things or have knowledge. When we serve customers we should understand that not everyone knows or like me I sent my husband to pick up an order and he didn’t know at all how things works. Also, as a manager myself it’s important to use sense of urgency. However, there was no line only 2 customers with cashiers and Matthew was acting like the store was full trying to rush my husband out quickly. When I asked my husband about how many stars he said I’ll give him 0. I believe in second opportunities and in people get better out of a bad day so I am hoping and rooting to have a better service next day we go.

David was very attentive, helpful, kind, and a day changer. Genuinely hope he gets proper recognition and a heavy bonus because the little actions and performance in his work ethic and people skills really made my day. I’ve had pleasent experiences here with all staff but David was a game changer.

Grade A service! All the staff are a pleasure to see whenever I visit. Everyone is so welcoming and so knowledgeable. On top of the amazing atmosphere and good vibes, the deals are everything. Become a member and build those points it really does add up quick!

Zack was super amazing, creative, and informative!! I had really bizarre questions, but for good reasons and he was all for it!! A++ for Zack and the entire Zen lead team on customer service- here is the master piece he was helping me do math on to figure out how much product I’d. we’d to fill the cones-when girl math doesn’t work, go to Zack!

Fast, friendly, great selection, and affordable. They had my favorite strain discounted so I stocked up. Michael P. helped get me my reward app connected to my zen leaf account. He also got me some cash off my first purchase! Michael has a warm front-of-house personality and natural customer service skills. Great experience :)
