Zack was super amazing, creative, and informative!! I had really bizarre questions, but for good reasons and he was all for it!! A++ for Zack and the entire Zen lead team on customer service- here is the master piece he was helping me do math on to figure out how much product I’d. we’d to fill the cones-when girl math doesn’t work, go to Zack!

Fast, friendly, great selection, and affordable. They had my favorite strain discounted so I stocked up. Michael P. helped get me my reward app connected to my zen leaf account. He also got me some cash off my first purchase! Michael has a warm front-of-house personality and natural customer service skills. Great experience :)

I hate the idea of rating one bud tender to the other. I love this location, the staff is always on point, they're all great, kind, helpful people. Prices can be hit or miss sometimes, you might find something better for a better or same price at a different dispo, that's just how the market works and varying discount days, but generally I find Zen to be the most modestly priced, great location, good prices and great staff so Zen is 9/10 my first stop! Be sure to tip, too! These people are working hard and they deserve it! $5-$7 isn't the end of the world if you're spending $100+

I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but the way the manager at this dispensary handled things was completely unprofessional. I had an issue with a product I purchased—something that could’ve been easily resolved with basic customer service. Instead, the manager was condescending, dismissive, and made it very clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Rather than listening or offering any kind of solution, they doubled down on being rude and made me feel like I was the problem for even bringing up a concern. A manager is supposed to set the tone for their team, and unfortunately, their attitude showed. If this is how management treats paying customers, it reflects poorly on the entire business. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for professional, respectful service. 06Jun2025
