The Gold Standard for Transparency and Service I’ve visited many dispensaries, but Zen Leaf in Germantown is easily the best cannabis experience I’ve had to date. Two things really set this location apart: Product Integrity: Unlike many other stores where the advertised THC percentages feel inflated, the pre-rolls here are superb and the quality matches the label exactly. The effects were spot on with the data provided, which shows a level of transparency that is hard to find. Expert Recommendations: A huge shoutout to Britney. She was the one who personally picked out the varieties for me, and her recommendations were absolutely flawless. It’s clear she has a deep knowledge of the inventory and knows exactly how to match a customer with the right product. The entire team there is great, but Britney’s help made this the best experience in my entire cannabis journey. If you want honest quality and staff who actually know their stuff, this is the spot. Highly recommended!

Zen leaf is the best dispensary Ive been too! Tafari did an awesome job helping me pick up some things today! They always have the best products and prices and an overall lit vibe inside! You can tell the staff truly enjoy what they do! Also their staff are super knowledgeable and always super friendly! Don’t forget to get their app! It’s a good way to earn points and knock some money off!

Matthew should be asking the right questions to better understand/ educate a person who might not be knowing things or have knowledge. When we serve customers we should understand that not everyone knows or like me I sent my husband to pick up an order and he didn’t know at all how things works. Also, as a manager myself it’s important to use sense of urgency. However, there was no line only 2 customers with cashiers and Matthew was acting like the store was full trying to rush my husband out quickly. When I asked my husband about how many stars he said I’ll give him 0. I believe in second opportunities and in people get better out of a bad day so I am hoping and rooting to have a better service next day we go.

I’ve been here MANY times and my check out encounter with Braden was VERY awkward and uncalled for.. First off he did not greet me, He did not ask me when I was looking for ( even though I already have an idea! ) , He did not ONCE try to assist me in purchasing or deciding, He did not confirm the product and show it to me before putting it into the bag so he could’ve just given me whatever.. Thank God I checked. Also he did not wish me a good day or anything after my purchase. This is bare minimum expectations as a cash register associate. If I choose to go there again I will not be going to Braden. He is really rude. Not sure if he’s having a bad day or needs more training but totally unacceptable. I’ve had great encounters with other associates like Tamara so to go from her to this.. just a whole 360

Such a great spot. The storefront is aesthetically pleasing, very neat. Consultants and front desk staff are all professional, knowledgeable and kind. Tamara and Daniel went above and beyond helping me find what was right. Explaining the science behind many of the components of what I bought. I appreciate them taking their time to answer my questions, not making me feel like I need to rush and really going in depth to what would work best for me. Definitely the best dispensary Ive been to. Great products to top it off. Thank y'all! ✨️
