7 months agoWhat a great experience I’m from out of town and that Zen leave is a top-notch dispensary. Everybody was very helpful and gave me recommendations on what the staff favors are. That’s always a plus definitely will be back here again if I’m ever in the neighborhood.

3 weeks agoWhen entering, most of the security guards are always polite. I get they need to check IDs but when they need someone else to verify the ID, I was behind someone waiting 10 extra minutes because no one ever came to help the guard out.. I had to leave to return to work… I come pretty frequently, and it seems they have their front desk and security standing? They are in full uniform I feel like that’s kinda crazy. I also work in area so I see same guard usually morning til late afternoons like 6-7-8pm so expecting them to stand 8-10 hours straight for days in a row seems super inhumane.. the staff seems ok. Kinda feels like they don’t like their job and can be a bit rude at times. I only come here for convience but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Great job to security who always has smiles on their face and apologizes for delays that clearly fall on the staff in the store. Smh.

Nic was attentive and took great care of me, which was refreshing as it’s so rare to see great customer service these days. A million thanks and I will definitely see yall again!

2 months agoI have been coming here a few years because they have better brands and I consider it to be the nicest dispensary as far as quality of atmosphere looking clean and modern. The staff is so nice and fun to talk to but happy to assist. It's more Like the Nordstroms of dispensaries. Go in and out fast...fits in with the area.
