a week agoAcross the board, my experience with EVERYONE at the NAPERVILLE location was AMAZING from security to staff! TIARA was my in-store cashier. She was so sweet and personable! I also think there was a lady named Michelle (girl I'm sorry if I got the name wrong!!) who was SUPER SWEET and gave me a coupon card for a minor miscommunication that wasn't even the stores fault, it was mine! The woman who saw me out of the store was super funny and personable too! The security guy at the front was a nice dude! Ok literally everyone who worked today was amazing, I'll leave it at that,lol. Sincerely, thank you ALL for being so quick to fill my order, and make my experience so pleasant! The Naperville location is ON POINT!!! -Jessica B.

a month agoThe greeter once you get in the actual dispensary past the front desk was very nice & helpful. The guy at the desk wasn't a bad guy but he was more interested in his phone than eye contact. He still greets you at least & is quick about his work but it was still odd to be adressed secondhandedly than to have priority for a few seconds. I'm saying this as someone who works in customer service - it was just shocking to me cuz at any job I've had that would have gotten me reprimanded lol. Anyways the line inside took forever. Like I don't know why it took so long. Maybe it was a bad day for them for some reason? There were plenty of counters open but I saw several people other checking the time on their phones wondering what was taking so long. The staff at the counter were fine. Polite but not particularly friendly or unfriendly. Just doing their job & kinda don't wanna be there vibes. I'm just saying this because the Zenleaf location in Lombard I've been to has much friendlier staff overall & the difference was noticable. Like I said, the greeter here at the Naperville location was the best part. If she could become a service manager I get the impression she could improve the atmosphere of the place

a month agoWhy do you hate veterans? No discounts honored in store. Everything is “already discounted 25% or more” and veteran’s only get 22%. take your service to someone who values you. Online add said $10 off any purchase to sign up for text or email. Did not find discount in store Ordered one package of an item and charged me for two. She had to go back and get last one after i paid (and mentioned it seemed like too much money before paying). pretty convenient for them. Moved from colorado and this place is close. Doubt ill be back after new system did not transfer my points, and the bud tender let me know whenever “the cloud finds them, they will be tiered differently so good luck” Good selection and quick service earned the second star. I wanted this to be my spot but they don’t care about their consumer.

10 months agoWhat a great experience I’m from out of town and that Zen leave is a top-notch dispensary. Everybody was very helpful and gave me recommendations on what the staff favors are. That’s always a plus definitely will be back here again if I’m ever in the neighborhood.

3 weeks agoThis is a terrible company with ZERO integrity. Can NOT be trusted. Is this where you want to purchase something that you smoke??? Sold me a different product than my invoice and what I paid for. From the moment I got the item in my hands to current (4 weeks) still arguing with me about making it right. They DONT want to be accountable for THEIR mistake. I just want to exchange what they gave me for what I actually paid for. Is that so hard??? Shame on me for wanting what I paid for…. DO NOT TRUST ZEN LEAF. Try sunnyside you wont regret it.
