To top it off I got a popsicle too (note you probably won't get one as it was COMPLETELY random. Loved it) I'd 100% go here if I was a local.

3 months agoI don't need it I'm going to go somewhere else, I didn't like the service here... it's like I wasn't even there no one spoke to me or acknowledged that I was standing there, they assisted people behind me first, and not the online orders customers just like me behind me. it didn't feel right so I'm going to planet13 where they treat customers like human beings. I just got a call from them when I got home too, but I'd already got Products at Planet13 like I said see the staff there is welcoming you want to talk about an experience, the I introduce themselves when you walk in and ask you if you need help finding what your looking for if there is anything specific I like... not at Zen Leaf I was just a Body in the room waiting for Service but I guess I'm transparent, apparently. Thanks But No Thanks. The staff needs to open up to customers and introduce them to the Zen Leaf experience and Brand and Products... With a focused team it would be a nice location. I travel through Illinois a lot. I'm sorry to say I won't be back here though. Good Luck.
