2 months agoI love going to Zen leaf!! It's always an exciting time The people there are great and the product selection is very plentiful. Really love the decor as well as the inside staying nice and clean. Hats off to these people for exceptional customer service I will return more. Update 7-18-25 Always greet it with a smile at the front counter and The place was very busy but also very quick and efficient. Nathan was able to help me out with my online order and also explained a few things to me that he would recommend in the future. Ended up leaving with the savvy kick back and it's very good indeed. I highly recommend this location for your cannabis needs. I'll keep coming back and I'll keep updating my reviews going forward with the state's dispensaries. Again you guys rock keep up the great pleasant attitudes

2 months agoGreat place, but to often see hey have 25+ customers in the store with maybe 1-2 people working the counter. Ends up taking over an hour to get in and out, which could be easily be solved by having more people scheduled during busy times, this issue always happens between 5-7 pm. With that being the busiest time you’d think he store would be properly staffed!

Verano customer service reached out, and worked through their processes to resolve this issue fairly, agreeing to make up the $45 difference in credit. Through both email and phone tag, their customer serve agent, Desiree, continued to prove while Zen Leaf/Verano is a profit focused business, they have top tier customer facing employees! The true value they provide. Thank you for the prompt and reasonable response to this all. That'll keep me coming back for that Cold Fusion! ☮️💨 Location is great, friendly staff. Zen leaf changed their rewards system and left a loyal 1+ oz a month customer high and dry. My rewards went from over a $60 reward to $15. I was in and made a purchase just before this and was told to keep them rolling as my purchase was under the $60 reward I had. Lost a small but consistent customer over the need to keep changing everything with the rewards constantly, really pushing the subscription model.

a month agoThe only place around to get recreational. Went there for my daughter. I don't use this. A little pricey. But there seems to be a ton of taxes. Plus they round up and give you cash back. Doesn't make sense. Doesn't take credit cards. That makes no sense either. Glad I'm not a user. I updated my rating to 5 stars due to a phone call explaining everything. So I now understand it's not a zenleaf issue. But a state and Federal issue. Because service with employees is outstanding. But reaching out to me to explain was unreal. When does that ever happen? It doesn't...

3 weeks agoThey used to staff the place, but now I consistently have to wait 20-30 minutes for an order I put in online. I know they are trying to push their cabbage club, but come on. They literally cut their cashier spots down to like 6 and then only have like 3-4 people working. They also just messed with their point system to give you less. Time to move on to a different store.
