I needed to use 2 cards and cash for my little order and she was as pleasant and helpful as can be. I was not aware of all that is involved when using a card & she was very thorough in explaining how it works & offered me alternatives all throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service.

I have loved this place for a long time. I've been a loyal customer for years.... they just changed the way they staff and handle customer orders for the worst. Lost all personal connections with customers and turned to ordering on a kiosk only. No more chatting with budtenders... only so they can eliminate staff and save money on overhead. I will be trying other places if this doesn't change. No customers find this change to be for the positive... long wait times now and just not a good vibe anymore
