Jack was excellent and very professional. It went above and beyond. To tell me about a certain product. That I knew nothing about. Overall Jack was just great. The Woman at the front desk was very nice & helpful. Everyone there r very genuine nice people. That make u feel very welcome.

Zen Leaf Towson is hands-down the best dispensary around! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable they always take the time to answer my questions and help me find the perfect products for my anxiety and depression. Every visit feels welcoming, and their expertise makes a huge difference in my experience. I leave feeling better before I even medicate! I have a Medical Card which if you don't have one yet you should look into it even for just the additional discount. It also allows you priority checkout inline. Also don't forget to sign up for the Cabbage Club! My Last visit I paid 50 cents for a 5 pack of J's and I got my free Cookie(maybe they should just hire me? I promise I’d be great at recommending that Cabbage Club). Seriously though, if you’re a medical patient looking for top-notch service and quality, Zen Leaf Towson is the place to go. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jesse was Very nice and very quick. I got to my window during rush hour with 5 cars ahead of me and I waited 17 minutes. Man is efficient at the window glad I tipped.

Nice place. Terribly long lines at times though. Advice: prepackage orders. When we pull up or come in, it’s quicker to run our ID, quickly grab our preorder if we have one and then ask if we’d like to add anything. however, things obviously hinders this process such as orders made as they are in line or those who come in not knowing what they want, etc. So although it can’t be done at all times, it will shave down on wait times when able to do it. You could have a notification process for preorders to let someone know their order is ready to picked up. we don’t need those big ass black bags with the logo on it unless it’s edibles or a large order. just give us the small black lunch bag. And it’s honestly a waste to give us the big black one for such small orders as well. No shade though. Cool place. Cool staff. I go here all the time bc it close to me so want it to be better with love 🖤

I have a zen leaf by my area & they do not compare to the experience I had at this location. Every one, from the second I walked into the store was friendly & pleasant. The front desk, a staff member from behind the counter, the giant tablet kiosk, very efficient stuff. Then to find out from Daniel, that for my first time to get a discount off my purchase was the icing on the cake for my first time in MD.
