in the last weekThe staff are knowledgeable and willing to answer all of your questions. I am glad that Zen carries the higher THC vape cartridges as they can be difficult to find. I prefer over 90% thc. They are introducing some innovative products like Rove and Rythm which provide more options. Great store, great people, great product.

a month agoOkay so; im a first time buyer, i already have anxiety lol but when i seen there was a "drive-thru" option, i felt relieved. i pull up to the window an im greeted with a lovely attitude an positive spirt, her name is Alison. she made me feel so much better an confident with selecting this location and product. 2 weeks agoBeen coming here for years. Yesterday I got some bad flower that literally wouldn’t light. Couldn’t smoke it at all, which I’ve never experienced before. I called customer service and they advised me that I could come in for a refund. When I got there the manger refused to refund and offered me 50% off my next purchase. Mind you, one time I came and waited in line for 20 mins just for them to close as I approached the register. I was offered a free flower with my next purchase and a free pre-roll ( I didn’t even complain or ask I was just offered for waiting). I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed to never be a customer here again.

a week agoStaff is nice but set up in not convenient at all. I only come here now if I can’t get to another place. I mostly shop at nirvana now. The open at 8 and stay open until 11. You also exit out of a different door tha you enter which makes less clutter and confusion. Even when they are packed the line moves unlike here at zen leaf. You guys really need to look at your lay out and rethink how customers are getting around. After you pay, you still have to walk back through the crowd just to get out.

2 months agoI'll come here honestly. Stopped in here during a break on delivery, Had Some time to burn as well.As I was having a bad day and needed a pick me up. I go Through check in as a new Customer, Get in line and sit for twenty plus minutes. One lady's talking the guy's ears off and asking questions, Another lady is having trouble trying to get her Medical side attached to the account, And there's the gentleman in front of Jack. My teller who is taking an ungodly amount of time to decide what he wants. Change this mind multiple times and halfway through my break. I finally get to the counter. Me knowing that I'm going to the store, I look on the website to see what they have. Wanting to be considerate to the other customers as well as the staff.I come in there prepared only to find out everyone else.There is not. After waiting almost twenty minutes for the gentleman in front of jack to Finish. As well as after more tellers, open up to take the medical line.Jack proceeds to call somebody from the medical line after i've been there for twenty minutes After watching all the customers take their time. Another gentleman comes up and is offered the tablet to show What is one theme for the day and proceeds to place his Order, Jack leaves comes back, gets it done tidy.And then I show up to the Counter. Mind you all I wanted was one pre rol 1 g of weed that i already knew what I wanted.I just needed to be able to ask for it. When I got there, Jack proceeded to share the tablet to me.I declined knowing what I was in the mood for made it effortless for him and told him. I order the finger Lime haze.. He returns with the prewall pack rings me up. There was a service error for the transaction the first time. Second time was the charm. Quick and effortless. I thanked him for the business and proceeded to leave. In reflection , nothing wrong with the dispensary , or its staff. My almost thirty minute trip My almost 30 minute trip. Was strictly due to Customer error. So with that in mind make sure that you have time set aside for people that don't know what they're doing
