Staff is always very friendly and never makes me feel rushed, or like I’m dumb when I want to ask questions about products. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and, if they do not know the answer to a question, they will take the time to find it. They always greet me with a smile, ask about my day and my plans later. Their efficiency is top-notch. Yes, there are times where lines are long, but the flow they have in store makes it seem quicker and more organized than other dispensaries I’ve been to, with someone coming and taking the orders from people in line to make the checkout process faster. The rewards program is one of the best, the points accumulate quickly, I’ve never run into any rules about when I can use my points, and signing up was super easy, so I was able to start earning rewards right away. Favorite place to go!

Nice place. Terribly long lines at times though. Advice: prepackage orders. When we pull up or come in, it’s quicker to run our ID, quickly grab our preorder if we have one and then ask if we’d like to add anything. however, things obviously hinders this process such as orders made as they are in line or those who come in not knowing what they want, etc. So although it can’t be done at all times, it will shave down on wait times when able to do it. You could have a notification process for preorders to let someone know their order is ready to picked up. we don’t need those big ass black bags with the logo on it unless it’s edibles or a large order. just give us the small black lunch bag. And it’s honestly a waste to give us the big black one for such small orders as well. No shade though. Cool place. Cool staff. I go here all the time bc it close to me so want it to be better with love 🖤

I stopped in this location after finding no pharmaceutical relief for chronic back pain from a slipped disk in my thoracic spine. I'm not a medicinal user - but the staff, in particular, DAN, was better to me than any doctor I've seen lately. He listened to my situation and my exact problems, and carefully made thoughtful recommendations to fit my needs. These guys meet you with such grace and understanding, all while making other customers smile. I was educated, looked after, and provided with a real solution. Couldn't recommend a place, or Budtender, more. Dan - thank you. 10/10

My first visit Shawna gave me excellent service very pleasant experience and made me aware of all my discounts as a new customer. Shawna was pleasant and shows she enjoys what she does. I will be coming back soon.
