UPDATE: The customer service team reached out to me to discuss my experience. I truly appreciated the concern. I have updated my review to 4 star I normally have a great experience at this location until last night 3/4. Went through the drive through and gave my ID’s (medical and license)…asked the guy working how much my order is in a very respectful manner as I’m used to having good service there. He replied “you placed the online order” and did not advise how much my order is but told me to put my money in the drawer. I told him I’m not giving any money until he tell me the price. He kept saying drop your money in the drawer and I will tell u. I asked for the manager. The manager said sometimes depending on the person working the window they will ask for the money first to try to speed up the process. I told him I’ve never had that happened to me ever at this location and I’ve been helped by several people. They take my id’s confirm my order and tell me my price in that order. I’m not giving anything until you tell me what I owe. Another gentleman came and assisted me very respectfully and with great customer service. It was the African American guy that got smart with me from the jump when I asked him how much my order was and kept saying drop the money and I will tell you. I will not be coming back there and I will also advise my friends to go elsewhere. I will also be proceeding with filing a complaint with the corporate office if any or with the BBB.

My sales consultant was Michael and he helped me find the best combination of edibles to help with bone and joint pain from arthritis and from being in treatment for cancer. He gave me step by step advice for use and answered all my questions! Very pleased and hoping for the best!

Never really had any issues except the crazy wait time with the drive thru. Just be mindful no matter what time you get there if you not at the window by 9:57 they will close the curtain on you. I waited in line at 9:52 pulled up to the window at 9:58 and they closed it on me. And I know they seen me waiting.

Everyone everyone is so catering and kindddd. See you as a person. Not matter your reasons to stopping here. My one specialty connection, my fibro sister Allison—had me in tears either our connection. Just because of their super special real human connection and engaging way of approaching their customers! Like they’re so happy you arrived! will drive the whole hour from home, just to be around that and amazing products!!!!
