I can usually get in and out in less than 10 minutes when I visit. Staff are always friendly and willing to answer questions. Definitely my first choice when it comes time to shop . As a first timer in a place of this kind, I must say I didn't not feel the slightest out of place or intimidated. I've been to vape shops and even cigar lounges( which feel super outta my zone).
