OKAY Cannabis Dispensary Wheeling

This place was TERRIBLE. Went out with my family for a “fun night out” after grabbing some dinner.. We were very excited to try this new place out. Right when we got into the lounge, no one even bothered to say hello, but we bought desserts and coffee and were all ready to go in. However the staff, (who now decided to talk to us…were all very rude) then proceeded to tell all of us that apparently their manager Pablo stated we were too intoxicated to even enter the dispensary side now...mind you we had just got done eating and we’re not intoxicated. Not only did we not get our experience, but to be treated like an “alcoholic” in my thirties was not what I had my mind for the evening….. There is a bar in this place too so I’m a little confused on the whole concept of “not being drunk” - how do you determine who’s “drunk”. We were genuinely excited to try this place. But in my opinion customer service is important if you want your business to survive. Which, I would put their customer service at a 1/10. Hence why we will never be returning! I am good going to Rise. Honestly this place is trash, if you to be treated like trash then come here!

Had a load of fun here! The lounge is comfortable and the equipment was clean. The food and drink are delicious too! Pictured below is the Cosmos cocktail being served! The bakery has a really nice selection, and the staff were SUPER friendly! It was definitely worth the drive. Thanks for making my birthday celebration special!!!

This is a review of our Lounge Experience only and it was our first time visiting this dispensary. A friend was celebrating a birthday and said he wanted to go here and enjoy the smoking lounge and have lunch, he made a reservation for Saturday afternoon and we were off. We get there about 20 minutes before our reservation and the host asked if we were there for the event, we said no but we had a reservation. We had ample time to pick out our smoking materials because the online portal seemed very strict about making our reservation on time. After our selection we are escorted to the lounge - which was FILLED with people who were there for a hosted event a speaker at the end of the room giving a presentation. The door person said "I can seat your party, but not all the same table" we immediately said "no thank you" and exited the lounge. The problem for me is if the dispensary was hosting a special event, why did their reservation system allow us to make a reservation in the first place? Shouldn't the lounge have been "closed" to those who weren't partaking of the event? We basically bought product we really didn't need to buy and our afternoon of "fun" was effectively ended before it even began. Doubt we will return.

Molly, in the lounge, was awesome. She made me a tasty latte and helped us select a nice bong. Thank you for the lovely time.
