2 months agoI contacted POSRG to sell 13 pallets worth of POS equipment from a restaurant chain that was switching providers. I worked with Pete in the sales department and got a quote for the lot. The initial quote was for $15k and we had an arrangement that in a few months, all equipment would be centrally located and palletized. When the time came to make the deal, his offer went down to an insulting $5k. We will never do business with this company again.

4 years agoBest company to work with, I ordered with confidence knowing it was backed by a leader in POS technology. They sent out 9 registers for my store, replaced my old ones and help integrate with my current system. Also had their technicians on site so I didn't have to lift a finger. Highly recommend 👌

7 years agoOver the past year I have done over 40k in business with this outfit. I ordered 2 epson usb interfaces on Thursday. Long story short Fedex and Amazon left 5 packages on my porch that morning. All stolen. Luckily fedex and amazon insure their packages. I called Fedex and they said that the claim must originate from the shipper. I then call my sales rep and he says he doesn’t have time to file a claim with Fedex. I am now on the phone with my credit card 💳 company disputing the transaction. Long story short beware of these clowns 🤡.
