He let's you know what's the good stuff and how to bundle everything to get the best deals. They are all great. But I really enjoy spinning the wheel. I had a really disappointing experience at Star Buds in Burbank. I came in simply wanting to purchase one of your house-brand Caviar infused joints. I wasn’t looking to add any extras or make a large purchase—I just wanted to grab something quick and enjoy my visit. Unfortunately, the service I received from Brianna completely changed the experience. From my perspective, she made me feel like my purchase wasn’t important because it wasn’t a big order. Throughout the transaction, she rolled her eyes, smirked, smacked her lips, and had an overall dismissive attitude that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or if something else was going on, but no customer should leave feeling judged or looked down on because of what they’re buying or how much they’re spending. Every customer deserves the same level of respect and professionalism, whether they’re spending $10 or $300. A friendly face when customers walk in doesn’t make up for poor customer service once they’re at the counter. I hope management addresses this and puts more emphasis on hiring and training employees who treat every customer with respect. Based on this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

She had been gone for a while, and seeing her back was honestly the highlight of my visit. Her energy, professionalism, and dedication to both customers and staff are unmatched. You can immediately feel the difference she makes when she's there. She remembers people, takes the time to help, and creates such a welcoming environment.
