My name is Raid. I was a customer for 3 weeks at this dispensary and they will never get my business again. First off, way too expensive. They robbed me on two faulty cartridges with oxidized resin. After placing an online order for a disposable vape, they messed up. The tender went to the back for like 10 minutes and came out acting like he was giving me a deal. The whole transaction was disorganized and shady all around. I mean THC 98–99% — it’s supposed to be potent. I’m supposed to feel something. Straight huff, no flavor. The device itself, you have to drag on it twice for it to actually work, and even when it does, the hit is weak even on a full charge. Sent two emails — never heard back. Called the store, spoke to the manager, and she told me to take a video and send it to the email and they’d check it out right away. She said she was waiting for it. I did just that, and it’s been a week and still haven’t received a call or email about any replacement. Just horrible business all around. $180 down the drain. PS: Their tenders are not outgoing or friendly — more like zombified, shady, and disinterested. The whole vibe was cringe. I wouldn’t trust or want anything from them again. Stay away or be careful when doing business. Check everything and double-check receipts. Better options out there anyway.

Experience was great from beginning to end. The security guy was very pleasant and Celina was amazing! I will definitely be returning. My friend however did say that they did not like their experience with the blonde girl. They said she was very unhelpful and un informative.

Bought multiple different types of disposables and they all stopped working after a month - I’ve tried charging and they’re not stuck. Just a waste of money. They also blamed the other companies for “sketchy practices”? I have no idea why they thought that was a good thing to tell a customer. This was my local dispensary but I’ll definitely be taking a longer drive for a cart that actually works for now on
