What You’ll Need
- Copy of a valid ID
- State application fee if applicable
- Two proofs of residency
- Physician certification form

Minors

Reciprocity
Maine currently accepts medical marijuana cards from other states. Such individuals are allowed to “engage in conduct authorized for the registered patient (the medical use of marijuana for 30 days after entering the state.”
Physical Card
If you choose to submit an application (pdf) to the MMMP to obtain a physical medical marijuana card, there is a registration fee of $100. Paperwork can take between seven and 10 days to be verified and a card will arrive in the mail.
