I needed to renew my medical card recently, and called this location to see if they had any pointers or resources available for renewing. Within about five minutes, the employee on the other end of the line had me all ready to go with super clear instructions on what digital resources to use for the process. Her kind help really took all the guesswork out of the process, and she was excellent on the phone. I wish I remembered her name, because thanks to her, the renewal process sincerely took no time at all due to the information she provided. She was the best! I also have to shout out the incredible service and clean environment whenever I've gone physically into this location prior. They've also made improvements to how they receive customers over the years which has definitely helped them move lines even faster. All around, seems like no matter if you call in or go purchase your products from here, you're going to get excellent service that's efficient and kind. Well done, y'all!

I've been coming to RISE for several years now and was last in on 3/26. The entire staff is always friendly and knowledgeable on all products. BUT I have to say, you can see his smile from across the store, he's always popping out to say hello, he knows every single customer by name. John makes me feel at home every single visit. Glad he's a manager now, but miss that I now have to request his assistants...on purpose lol!

Rise is not only by far the best dispensary near me, but all their employees are the kindest and most knowledgeable dispensary workers I’ve encountered. Graham is the coolest budtender, he always makes sure customers have a great experience and goes out of his way to make sure/explain any questions you have. Graham deserves a raise.
