2 months agoThis was an uplifting experience from the Cannibis Dispensary. On my adventure I was unclear on how much (quantity) would help my condition. Professional guidance from Graham arose about several key questions. Rise dispensary is posh and absolutely metro. Very mellow and very calmly I was able to select Orange Crush at 37% Thca and 2% thc pure. When I purchased Paul Bunyan Orange Soda and it was relief from pressure. For indica we had a selection of Jack Herer and Gary Payton. Compare this to White Widow and White Durban and then zoom out. There are four premium elite brands already here right away. And the last kit I would go for would be untrimmed buds from Saavy and they were 🔥 fire !! must try this!?!

a month agoGot a bum Ozone pen that wouldn't hit. The customer service guy on the phone was really nice and told me exactly what to do. I followed his directions and the manager was so helpful in refunding and getting me a new one! The guy who first helped me with my order also had amazing customer service. These guys are running a good business and you can tell by how their staff goes about fixing issues for customers. Way to RISE to the occasion guys ;)

Thank you so much for going out of your way, and recommending the penny pre-roll, which I did not realize I had the offer available to me until I went in store and was greeted by a super warm smile and extreme knowledge in depth about the cannabis menu. Ariel is an excellent worker and exceeded my expectations, leaving me with a smile from ear to ear! If I could give 6 stars, I would! I’ve been to this location multiple, multiple times but have never felt compelled to share my experience until now. Ask for her! You will be in good hands! 💚 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the reps, but Graham was so helpful and presented more options for me to choose from. He went above and beyond and I ended up purchasing way more than I planned but was happy to have him take the time to tell me about these products. Great guy and great service from this location!
