Outstanding customer service skills! Just a wonderful person to deal with every time I see him! His product knowledge and competence in understanding his customers needs is outstanding! Also, There was a medical emergency with one of your customers a couple weeks ago. I could have not been more impressed with your staff and their abilities to handle that situation in a professional and completely efficient manner. Major Kudos to all!

RISE in Naperville is absolutely fantastic and my favorite dispensary! But a huge shout out to Graham who is quite possibly the single greatest worker of his generation! He is easily the best budtender I have ever experienced! His recommendations are always spot-on and his cannabis knowledge runs deep, he is very passionate about the plant we all love! I've been fortunate enough to be a customer at this location when it was still called 3C Compassionate Care and the quality of products and services has never faltered!! From Charlie and Frank out front who are absolutely delightful, to all the incredible staff who make sure we get what we need, to the wonderful managers who make sure everything runs smoothly, this place is amazing!! I cannot recommend RISE Naperville enough, for medical patients especially. Even if there is a dispensary closer to your house, I promise you'll spend less money here and have a better time!

I am a frequent customer here and always get great service and have great experiences with the staff. On Sunday 07/07/24 I got a flat tire and the staff Lewis/or Louis, Graham, and Jason all helped me get what I needed to change my tire. These staff members all went above and beyond to help me! I appreciate everything they helped me with! Thank you so much for the kindness and help!

Though this location is a little further from my house, it's totally worth the drive because their staff is so helpful. Graham, in particular, is super kind and knowledgeable about a lot of different products, which is extra helpful for someone like me who struggles with decision paralysis. He's also great at suggesting new strains to try, and I've never been disappointed!
