  Today Carrie went above and beyond. I'm a medical patient with stage 4 cancer and use cannabis medicinally. The allotment I needed for my purchase wasn't available at the time I came in (9:10am). I had 1 gram available. Carrie investigated my previous purchases and noticed my allotment would be refreshed at 9:12am and I would be able to proceed with my current purchase. While waiting for my order to come up she also spoke to me about having my allotment increased due to the recent changes made in how concentrates were disbursed. She was very informative. I really appreciate the time she took to evaluate my account so I would be able to pick up my medicine. Thank you for your genuine kindness and helping me get what I needed. Most wouldn't have gone out of their way. I appreciate you taking the extra step today.
